Highly recommend Frigidaire over Samsung.

We purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator to replace a similar sized Samsung that stopped cooling properly. We liked the Samsung, but we think the Frigidaire is much better in terms of the configuration of the interior space. perfect sized - black stainless awesome

Waited 3 days for a delivery with no fridge :(

I was scheduled a delivery for Tuesday, the unit wasn't actually delivered until Thursday. My wall next to the refrigerator was damaged with the install. Very low compensation for the time I needed to take off work to allow 2 different delivery windows. Very frustrating experience.

It's ok

We had the 1st one that couldn't keep the refrigerator cool, the freezer frozen, and froze drinks in the storage container so we ended up having to get another one. I told the guys who delivered the new one to turn off the ice maker since we don't use ice. I don't know why, but it now makes a random low noise every 10 minutes or so. We've had this new fridge for 4 days. I hope it doesn't break on us in a year (or less).

Teriffic Visibility - We can access, and more importantly see, everything in our new Frigidaire.

Eventually, the food would age out and we would end up throwing it away. This fridge has solved that problem. Its openness and easy access layout makes it the perfect fridge for us.

Not working after 3 months

I had this refrigerator since October 15, 2025 and is not cooling. They came to change the fan and is still not working . I haven’t even paid it off and I’m stuck with a refrigerator that does not work!! Literally 3 months!! They make things to last a few months to a few years now . Before, appliances were made to last. What a shame!

Spacious, Quiet, and Well Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator had more space than our previous Electrolux refrigerator which we liked. Shelf layout holds a lot of food as well as the doors. The ice maker works well and the refrigerator is very quiet. The black stainless steel makes an attractive addition to our kitchen. Overall we are very satisfied with purchase.

Spacious and attractive fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than my deli meat freezing in the adjustable temp drawer of the fridge, which the user manual states can happen during the first week, until I adjusted the coldness temp, I have had no problems. This is my first French door fridge, so I am getting used to needing to open 2 doors for the fridge but am enjoying the larger freezer space.

Don’t do it

STAY AWAY FROM FRIGIDAIRE!! We bought a brand new house with frigidaire appliances and ALL of them have problems within a month. Fridge just stopped working after 3 months, it's been a month dealing with customer service (barely speak english) and our fridge is still down. The display on the microwave went out within 3 weeks, dishwasher started leaking within the same time frame, gas cooktop has 2 burners that don't work. Total garbage.
