Much easier to get things in and out of the freezer and fridge. Only thing that bothers me is the bottom freezer makes noise when opening and closing on the metal part of opening and closing it. Other than that I love it.

The ice maker is a little noisy and takes getting use to. Lots of small pieces of plastic wrap are still stuck tight in crevices around the ice maker and door hinges. Do not buy
DO NOT BUY, I've had this for 1 year after 2 months the freezer stopped working. Two techs came out and it still did not fix the issues. It keeps beeping non stop, it does not freeze and the ice maker does not work. I received a bad unit or brand. I paid over $1,000 for support to tell be i need to pay $350 to have a tech come out is crazy!! Do not BUY!!!

Failed at just 2.5 months - Do Not Purchase this Brand!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this expensive refrigerator on 5/19/26, it failed on 8/1/26 and the refrigerator is no longer cooling and the ice maker also stopped working. Waiting for the manufacturer to send repair tech out but was told it will take at least 2 weeks before it could be repaired as it will require two trips, once to diagnose, another to do the actual repair. I would seriously look at purchasing another brand.

Great Fridge Overall

The fridge has great lighting and provides plenty of shelf and door space. The only issue is that the ice maker never fills up. I move the ice forward as to not block any sensors but it still never fills up. For my family it is fine, but with a big gathering it could run out fast.
