Frigidaire warranty is a joke!

This refrigerator worked for about 3 weeks and then began failing. Over the next month we experienced problems that resulted in the compressor going out and a call to Frigidaire customer service. They scheduled a service call and the company came out, looked at the refrigerator and said we needed a new compressor. We pulled out our cooler and almost 14 business days later they installed the new compressor. Not even 7 days later, it failed. Both the refrigerator and freezer were running in warmer...

The Perfect Fit

I did a ton of research before buying this refrigerator. It's a lot of money, and we had a very specific set of needs. We needed a counter depth as we only had 27" to work with. This is a little deeper than that at around 28", but it worked out great as the doors can swing all the way open. We wanted a French Door, Bottom Freezer as it makes more ergonomic sense to have the freezer on the bottom, and the french door give the optimal fridge space. Can I give zero stars?

I am APPALLED at the quality of this fridge. Less than 2 years old and I am looking at a costly repair as this refrigerator has died. I was told the product I purchased has a faulty compressor and a repair will total more than half of cost of a new product all together. Customer service is less than helpful in rectifying the situation, Frigidaire appears to not want to stand behind their less than 2-year-old product. Save yourself the trouble and go with another brand instead.

This fridge was purchased in May 2023 and despite 9 visits from various repairmen, the fridge continues to FREEZE everything. They have replaced the gasket - twice. They have replaced the thermosensor - twice. They have replaced the 'motherboard' (not the proper term). They have replaced the control panel.
