Nice oven, lousy service.

The product is fine. However, the customer service of your appliance dept was horrible to the point I will never shop with you again. The item was listed to have a 5' power connector. It had a 3' that didn't reach my junction box. I ordered this oven specifically because of that specification. Upon inquiry I was told there was nothing they could do, and I could call an electrician if I needed help because that's how the oven came. Not even an offer of let me look it up, let me see if there...

Not really impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to say, I'm not really impressed. The touchpad is almost certainly going to go before the oven itself. Sometimes a soft touch works, sometimes it takes more. Too much beeping. I am still adjusting to inconsistant cook times. It's weird not having a bottom heating element. Probably wouldn't have purchased this, but it is the only wall oven we could find that fit into the opening in our kitchen.

We chose to buy this unit after considerable research and reading many reviews. We wanted a basic, solid wall oven, and we thought we had found it. We were wrong. Just what we needed!

Unfortunately the oven was so old we couldn’t get the door replaced, we had to buy a whole new oven. As terrible as it was to have an unexpected expense, the new oven is the best thing that ever happens to us, we got it on sale and I can’t believe how many amazing features it has.

Blue tape peeled off black finish on appliance

The tape that came on this appliance peeled off the black finish in three different locations. Leaving the oven cosmetically defective and Lowe's best offer for a $70 gift card on a nearly $2000 oven.

I got a lemon with this oven

Bought this oven from Lowe's. Never worked from day one. The clock and the display seemed to work fine after it was installed and turned on. But the oven kept tripping my house's circuit breaker every time I started baking. The very first time it tripped, the oven was able to heat up to say 200 F going up to the set temperature of 350 F. Then after that it tripped as soon as I turned on baking and did not even go up in temperatures. I have been struggling with Frigidaire's oven warranty service ...

New wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new oven. It has several new features that make using it so easy. My favorite is that I can set the cooking time and the oven will shut off when the time is up. Very convenient!

Poor sales staff support.

I purchased a replacement for my ancient Frigidaire wall mounted stove with installation and warrantee. The installer could not complete the installation until I had an electrician upgrade our 3 wire 220 power line to a 4 wire line. We were able to get an electrician appointment a week later. If the sales person had informed us of this requirement, we could have saved more than a week and be using our stove four days ago.

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven seems to be well made and is functioning as it should. It’s unobtrusive, by being conveniently located in our kitchen wall. So far we’re enjoying it.

I just had the oven installed and have used it once, no problems.
