Bit of a Disappointment

All this refrigerator is one cubic foot larger than our previous refrigerator, the shelves in the door are shallower (smaller), the shelves in the main part of the refrigerator are hard to remove and install (adjust), the drawers are smaller. Outstanding delivery men/Careless sales people

1)Delivery and installation was completed perfectly by two very helpful men. 2)The delivery wait of 18 days was disgraceful. Customer service rarely answers the telephone. 3) Refrigerator department clerks should learn how to measure properly. New Frigidaire model sticks too far out into kitchen. Broke down completely after 9 months

If you are a senior citizen like me avoid this product. The company makes you age in a hurry!. All controls went crazy, the fridge became a freeze!.spoiling our food. I love its size. I love being able to see the items in the freezer. It is almost big enough to replace my chest freezer as well as the old fridge one!

OK fridge, but no deli drawer is a drawback

Be aware that this fridge does not have a deli/meat drawer. I also had a difficult time calling Frigidaire to find out if I could get a drawer that would fit. First time the call-back came hours later and from someone who could not find my model number in her system. Worst Fridge Ever!

I bought this fridge in July, 2025, and from the moment it was installed it was LOUD. Apparently, that’s supposed to be normal. I’m talking about it being so loud that we can hear it upstairs. Struggling to get it returned

Technician was unable to repair issues under warranty; seeking a return with no luck so far.

Noisy, and a lot of wasted space in this

This is fridge is very cheaply made-although I guess you get what you pay for. The shelf configuration is terrible. I would be happy to 'buy' extra shelves, but as far as I can tell, you cannot add them to the huge space in the middle of the fridge above the crisper Where there is an obscene amount of wasted space here, and it does not allow maximum storage in the fridge.
