Incorrect items delivered

My order was pretty simple - a couple of panels, a gate and a few posts. Panels and gate arrived at the Lowe's store in good condition, but rather than posts, I received a couple of other random metal panels in a different size than what I ordered. Now I have to wait an estimated 3 weeks for re-order of posts. The Lowe's associate was unable to provide any support in expediting the re-order or escalating my issue, so it seems my only recourse is to leave a bad review. I'll update the review if I...

Beautiful Fence

I found the New Haven aluminum picket fence panel system with the New Haven picket Fence gate kit to be the perfect for my front yard. It was fairly easy to install the fence panels, and it went together quickly. I would highly recommend these fence panels with the fence post and gate if you need a gate. It was very reasonably priced compared to other aluminum fences.

Manufacturing issues

Panels are not all notched correctly. About half of the 20 panels I ordered are incorrect. Would not recommend. Going to have to make on site adjustments. Unacceptable quality for a $7,000 order of fencing. Makes me as a contractor look bad when I recommend a product and the manufacturing is sub par.

Hollow, light & flimsy built

I didn't realize the fence panels were "adjustable" (they flex to fit a slope). They are hollow and just seem rather flimsy. I was expecting something more rigid and solid feeling. They should work for my planned project, but if someone ever falls against a section, I think it would likely collapse and be ruined. Just disappointed. At this price, I expected better quality.

Fencing order delayed via supplier

We purchased this fencing three weeks ago and ordered via Lowes. Apparently, the order contained a damaged panel and Lowes requested a replacement. The supplier is not being cooperative and demanded proof from Lowe's that they did not damage. This is holding up my fencing project and isn't a great sign of quality and support from the supplier. Lowe's has been great and is working to resolve. Be aware your order could be delayed significantly.

Fence

Ordered fence, it arrived via truck, intact. Dug holes for posts, placed fence between posts. My dogs can no longer leave my yard.

Poor quality

I ordered 2 of these gates. After waiting a month to get them I discovered that the pickets were different sizes. One gate had 5/8" pickets and the other gate had 1/2" pickets. So Lowes had to order an exchange. I told them I wanted the 5/8" pickets as the product details specified. I waited another month. When the exchange came it had the 1/2" pickets. Decent product, easy install

This is the third time I’ve ordered this product from Lowes. I’m doing my yard one side at a time. I have to say, I’m apprehensive every time I place a special order with Lowes because, for some reason, it’s always damaged, incorrect, or delayed. This time however, everything came in fine and it all worked out great. On a high note, the times that I have had issues, Lowe’s usually makes it right in some form of compensation for my inconvenience.
