Incorrect items delivered
My order was pretty simple - a couple of panels, a gate and a few posts. Panels and gate arrived at the Lowe's store in good condition, but rather than posts, I received a couple of other random metal panels in a different size than what I ordered. Now I have to wait an estimated 3 weeks for re-order of posts. Frustrating, but the finished product is nice
It's sturdy, well made, and looks nice. When installed it functions perfectly. Installation is a pain though, and the gate is the most expensive part of the fence project. The directions don't mention the spacing, so I measured about 8 times and dry fit it about 6 times because once both posts are set in concrete there's no going back. item come in damaged. The box was very thin. It had no chance. Lowes local management took great care of me and handle the issue. the product would be fine if you could get one that wasnt damaged.
Perfect gate solution
I found the New Haven picket Fence gate kit to be the perfect solution for the New Haven aluminum picket fence panel. It was fairly easy to cut one of the fence panels in half and use the gate kit to make an operating gate. It came with all of the hardware needed to do the job and it went together quickly. I would highly recommend using this instead of buying a premade gate at double the price.

DO NOT USE LOWES!!
Do not use Lowe’s, go with a local contractor. I wish I would have googled Lowe’s installation issues before we signed. My husband and I spent over $7000 for a fence and install from Lowe’s. Would have like it to be as sturdy as it looks.
Look very nice when installed, I am happy with the look. However they are not a heavy quality fence. They bend very easy. In my project I purchased 42 sections, 3 plus cartons. 3 sections were bent in the open carton, 3 bent in one sealed carton and 4 bent in the other sealed carton. That is 10% damaged. Damage in box
Order the fence, which was the part of my pool project went to store to pick up up as soon as I saw the box it looked damaged. I opened the box in front of customer service and they saw that the door fence was completely bend I waited around two weeks for this . It should have been packed better to prevent it from getting damaged. Now I still need the door because I made the opening for the 6th foot door so do I order again? Is it gonna come damage again?

I bought and installed about 300 ft 9f this fence last year. I have 2 5ft gates and a 4 ft gate. Wife and I loved how this fence looked instead of a chain link fence.
