Not a full gate
Do not buy this. It is half a gate not a full gate. This is false advertising on Lowes part. The specifications of this product say you will get 2 rails, 2 support rails and 15 pickets. You will not get the support rails nor will you get the pickets. I don't understand why Lowes hasn't corrected this yet. Misleading
We purchased this gate to add to a pre-existing fence. From the title online it seemed this was the whole gate kit, however, once we got it home and opened it, it does not have the pickets or railings to make a gate with - and now we have to buy a whole 8’ section of fencing to create a pricey gate as we cannot return this item since we opened it. Very misleading picture. Not a complete gate.
I needed a 3 foot wide gate and this looked like just the thing because you can make it anywhere from 3 to 5 feet wide. When I opened the package I found no top rail, no bottom rail, and no vertical pickets. I called Lowes and was told those parts are not included. I have to buy an 8 foot section of fence for $125 to complete my 3 foot gate. Very misleading. I should have read the other reviews first.

mosquito alert
I installed this fence, looking great afterwards, but, there was a problem taking down one section for other reasons. I found that the bottom rail holds water, nasty black, green, yucky water, about a quarter inch in the entire bottom panel with no escape route for water to drain. If water can get in and stand, it will sour and if that happens, mosquitos can get in and out after laying eggs, or whatever they do. I took down four sections so far and all had the nasty water sitting in the botto...

Wow, I usually read the reviews before I make a purchase, but I was having a hard time finding a gate the size I needed and Lowes had it. Boom--get it home and where are the pickets and cross bars--Nada, nowhere. Then I'm like okay, I'll just buy the rest of the kit--but now you have to buy an 8 foot panel, etc??? Lowes--your pics are deceptive.

Misleading
Lowes is not capable of correcting the missinformation, even after repeated customer complaints. One review hints that you have to buy for $164 a 8ft panel. Customer service is useless. I spent 0.5 hours trying to ask management to correct the misleading info and he kept repeating to call the manufacturer.

Shame on me... should have read the reviews that are all saying the exact same thing I found.... thought it was the whole kit. No pickets, no top or bottom rails. Great... thanks for nothing I will be returning it.
