The commercial grade gas oven offers an extra-large 5.2-cubic foot cooking capacity, 2 removable oven racks, a baking tray and cover, 5 adjustable rack position to accommodate a various size of food items
The commercial convection fan (push-button control) circulates heated air over, under and around, delivers the ideal temperature and airflow for fast preheating and uniform cooking helps remove cold spots to ensure even baking

Installed new 2.5 years ago. Agree with other reviewers that this product and the customer service are terrible. I have had 3 issues in this time. All were handled with multiple emails over weeks back and forth with them asking stupid questions before they will send parts- for ME to install. Igniter failed after 15 months and the replacement failed after 13 months. No one locally services or stock parts. You can’t find a parts diagram online. The online parts stores don’t carry empava parts. The empava team will not return your phone calls and no one will answer the phone. Oven does not temp properly
On looks alone — my new range is beautiful. However, the oven does not work properly. For all temperature settings it temps out at 50 degrees lower than what the oven temperature dial is set at. oven never worked properly, now after a few months it doesn't work at all. Empava support wanted a A"short" video of it not working.... REALLY!!!!! It is JUNK. DO NOT BUY. if you really want to waste that much money... set it on fire at least you will finally have some heat but don't waste it on this garbage
