Installed new 2.5 years ago. Agree with other reviewers that this product and the customer service are terrible. I have had 3 issues in this time. All were handled with multiple emails over weeks back and forth with them asking stupid questions before they will send parts- for ME to install. They send very amatuer poorly made videos of how to install the parts- only upon request. First problem- the big burner would not ignite, out of the box. Igniter failed after 15 months and the replacement failed after 13 months. No one locally services or stock parts. You can’t find a parts diagram online. The online parts stores don’t carry empava parts. The empava team will not return your phone calls and no one will answer the phone. Oven does not temp properly
On looks alone — my new range is beautiful. However, the oven does not work properly. For all temperature settings it temps out at 50 degrees lower than what the oven temperature dial is set at. oven never worked properly, now after a few months it doesn't work at all. Empava support wanted a A"short" video of it not working.... REALLY!!!!! It is JUNK. DO NOT BUY. if you really want to waste that much money... set it on fire at least you will finally have some heat but don't waste it on this garbage

Stylish Without Substance
The range looks great, but unfortunately the baking function never worked. Empava worked with us and sent a part, but that didn't solve the issue.

it came with damage, I call the company, talk for months and they don't do anything, the oven just with one time and was terrible everything get black, really bad experience
Decent default oven
It looks good in the finish I chose--stainless steel--to match the other surfaces in my kitchen. The overall heating of the oven seems even, although I'm still getting used to using the broiler.
