Needed a quick purchase and delivery due to some unforseen events and picked what appeared to be the best set with the most favorable reviews and a set that was not so cheap either. Working As It Should

I purchased this for the Memorial day sales and received it in a week at store. It came packed very well. The washer looks beautiful. It is a great color of blue. The panel is easy to understand and has many ways you can wash. It was simple to see how to use the soap trays and I was able to do a load immediately. I had no worries as it is simple to set up. Don’t do it!

The machine delivered did not work properly from day 1, would wash, but not complete a rinse/drain/spin and required hand rinsing and putting clothes into dryer soaking wet. Lowes advised contacting a plumber to check the line. Did that, waited for plumber a week later, shelled out more money, still no. Lowes then refused to exchange or refund since it had been more than 48hrs since installation, directed to Electrolux to get replacement machine, which okay sure, fine. But! Electrolux is a nig...

Just the features I need without all the extras

When I saw this model, it's much more than basic, but does not have the extra features I would never use... so why would I buy a model with them and pay extra. It actually has more features than I was looking for, but I'm not complaining :) This washer is at a great price point and cleans amazing! Haven't had any issues with it in the month I've been having it.

I love this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My eco friendly washer saves water, but my clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. I love the various washing options. The front loader and pedestal saves my back from straining when moving clothes to the dryer. Electrolux has been around for over a century and still going strong. I would highly recommend Electroluxe for your laundry needs!

Simple to use and great features

Purchased the Electrolux front loader and have been Nothing but EXCITED with this unit. The clothes are clean, and smell fresh .

It will take extra effort to keep it clean

I was hoping this one would not hold water in the soap dispenser or the front of the unit (drain area) but it does. The Kenmore washer I got rid of did the same thing only worse ... and by the time I gave up on trying to keep it clean it was moldy and icky inside. I will have to make it my mission to pay extra attention to the 'cleaning instructions' with this model from the start to avoid the same problem. And they all have a decent amount of reviews of people saying to stay away. That's when we finally found Electrolux! Through our searching, it seemed that these machines rated much higher than about everything else in its price category. So far, we are quite happy this washer. It's quiet, and seems to clean loads well. No complaints!
