I’ve owned this Samsung water jet model WA50R5200AV now for almost 5 years. Wash times take forever, but plan on replacing the suspension rods and springs annually if you purchase this machine. Unbalanced loads even for small loads! Samsung should recall all these units and offer a buyback! Shame on Samsung, I’ll NEVER purchase another one of their products!

This washing machine is the worst thing money can buy money down the drain literally everything I wash gets stuck mid cycle doesn’t matter if I put a little bit of clothes plenty clothes or which setting i put it on I have tried it all I been struggling trying figure Out of I can fix it because I can not afford a new one and I saved for months just to buy this one for this to happen I felt like I got robbed for my money

3 months in and issues?
1st let me say I've bought alot of Samsung products. Usually pretty good. Then I bought this washer/dryer set. I've had them 3 month & it started throwing a 4c code & wouldn't unlock the lid. The fabric softer drains as soon as I push it in, occasionally. Already??? The dryer, with small loads, because I don't like wrinkles, sounds like metal grinding. For the amount of money spent, I expected way better. I figured out how to fix it.

DO NOT PURCHASE, it is a huge waste of money
This is by far the WORST washer I have ever had. I am 54 years old and do a lot of laundry; I have 12 grandchildren who like to get dirty. DO NOT BUY this washer. In fact, I am currently standing by my washer while typing this review because if it is off by just a little bit, the washer can't handle it and goes off balance. Terrible barely usable waste of money
I will never buy a Samsung product after having this washer. It is the worst and I meant absolutely the worst washer I have ever used on all possible fronts. The build quality is horrible, it does not balance no matter what you do. Do not buy this garbage!

Problem after problem
As per other comments we’ve had our washer less than a year when we started having problems. Our washer will not spin but will continue to add water. Error of unbalanced load, even for small ones. I will have to reposition the clothes or whatever I am washing, put it on spin only and keep doing that until it spins or my husband can come home and fix it. Forget washing bedding in it too! Had this machine for just over three years and every load is unbalanced…no matter what size load I put in….had it serviced and still the same issue…..now the detergent tray is always filling up with water….would appear that a seal has worn out that fills the water tray…. Loved it till it started walking across room
We have owned the washer for 3 years. Sounds like this is a common age for the suspension rods to fail. We have had the uneven load error non stop until we replaced the suspension rods, but 3 months later we're back to the error and refilling/ wasting water as the machine tries to rebalance.
