What Customers Are Saying
The EGO Power+ Snow Blower is a capable battery-powered snow removal tool. It offers powerful performance that can handle heavy, wet snow and deep drifts up to 12 inches, with the ability to throw snow up to 35 feet. The quiet, fume-free operation and easy push-button start make it convenient to use. The lightweight and maneuverable design, with a folding handle for compact storage, is also a positive. Most users report long-lasting battery life and rapid recharging. While the plastic scraper blade may need occasional replacement, the overall build quality and durability are excellent.

I received this snowblower as a gift, though if I were to buy one myself, I would buy one of the more premium higher power models. It definitely does a good job, removing light snow and medium snow but anything slushy or heavy it gets clogged quite easily. And that’s an issue with the paddle. Again, if I were to buy a snowblower or I could choose, I would buy one of the EGO’S that has the auger instead of the flip paddle. Batteries are on the lower end, but with two, I can still do my small dr...

Good power
It works well. Would like to have self propelled drive. But works fine on driveway, sidewalks, and deck. I need to push hard to do the path to my propane tank for heat in my house. Really blows snow far!

Really blows!
Three winters now with my Ego snowblower. It has been money well spent.. my favourite feature is the chute rotation handle, this handle is chunky and feels good in your hand and the chute rotates easily. on a slope driveway it does take quite a bit of an effort sometimes to come up but with cleats on my boots, it’s a good workout for the legs. On flat surfaces, no trouble easy to push and unless the snow is real deep. The only negative thing I could say would be that if the snow is too damp, it ...

Fluff? Yes. Wet? Nooo
Dry snow: this little guy rips. Impressive for the size & cost. I can do my 3 car drive quicker than I think, and that happens every time. Wet snow: KRYPTONITE!! I knew it was coming, but this little guy had trouble with about 8” of wetter snow. And it’s got no chance against the wet snow the plow leaves at the end of the driveway. Had to chop that up with a shovel and spread out to then go have some more snowblower fun 😉 Overall, I’m impressed with this model but I’m also looking to upgrad...

Doesn't blow snow more than 10 ft.
Machine is agile, light and very manoeurable but does not throw snow anywhere near the advertised distances even with the chute deflector in the upright position. I have used the machine 3 times since purchasing it Dec. 28 and never has the snow been blown for more than 10 feet. We haven't had any wet snow fall yet and I fear the distance thrown with heavy snow would really be decreased. The dirty snow that is thrown is the telling evidence that the snow is not blown more than 10 feet; the snow ...

Love It Too!
Having used our new (single-stage) EGO snowthrower, (not a two-stage snowblower), several times in different snow conditions, ranging from approximately 4" of wet snow on a layer of ice, to 2" of light, dry snow, to 10" of powdery, wind-blown snow on a large, curvy driveway with a parking apron, we are totally impressed. After using a Toro snowthrower (with a gasoline engine) for 18 winters on this driveway and simply loving it, we never anticipated a different make/model could ever do even bett...

Terrible design
This single stage snow blower has been the biggest disappointment from Ego. The engineering has been awful. Last spring I made the decision to get rid of all my various brands of equipment and move to a single battery system for everything and moved to Ego. I bought just about everything from them. The new zero turn, all the hand equipment, 2 stage snow blower, this single stage snow blower I even bought the work light and power washer. I say this because one question I normally get is ho...

Perfect for my needs
I have 8 car driveway and this electric 1 stage blower in perfect for my needs. It can handle snow depth up to 12 inches with confidence and the battery system is plug and play. I like that I have the option of using 1 battery first and alternate OR run both batteries are more intensity. Compact and relatively light design. Reduced noise for morning work. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Dead Batteries after little use
We haven’t had a significant amount of snow since 2022 when I bought the snow blower. I used it about 3 or 4 times that year. It came with two 5ah batteries that were properly stored (they self discharge to about 30% if not used) and kept them off the charger. When I used it for the last big storm the batteries took one charge and then started flashing red at the next charge attempt, refusing to take a charge. They can’t have more than 20 charge cycles on them. I can’t recommend this at all.

Hi there, Kevin88765! We appreciate you taking the time to review the EGO SNT2102 kit. The batteries or charger may need to be looked into. Our custom...
Decent starter unit
This smaller sized snow blower is decent when paired with a couple 5.0 AH batteries. Nearly clears a 5 car driveway and side walk 3ft by 60 ft long on a single charge in snow about 16 inches deep. Long term investment I would go with the next size up self propelled 24” tall mouth blower only because of the area I’m in. Also, with those banks of snow the street plough leaves behind it doesn’t matter what area you’re in a bigger snow blower is usually better just for that. Especially as it compact...
