Blown away
I was in a competitors 40v system for a number of years but after losing so many batteries to failure I decided it was time to move on. This blower has so much more power than my previous and I was actually impressed with that at the time. I will say I prefer the flap trigger over the style on this one but it isn’t a deal breaker. I could never see myself using it with a 5.0 battery tho I only use the blower for about 2-3 minutes max each time I mow so I put the 2.5 that came with my string trim...

Surprisingly Powerful
I bought this for myself, my husband has a large gas backpack blower that is too heavy for me to use. I thought I might get wrist fatigue (I did buy the strap), so far it’s great. The runtime has been amazing, we’ve charged it once so far, and we haven’t needed to charge it yet (it’s been used on a large driveway and patio several times)! The airflow is surprisingly powerful! It’s definitely not as loud as our gas blower, which is also nice! It was a good purchase!

Great overall quality
This Blower replaced an electric leaf blower i had for 25+ years. Although a bit hesitant to go with a battery power one due to the extra weight, I am pleased with the balance of the blower so your not having to force your wrist into a non-normal position. The air flow is excellent and the battery life has been very good.

Very powerful
So far it works as expected, it has plenty of power to clear my driveway of debris. This is the first battery powered blower I've used and I am impressed with the power and airflow. It is awkward to carry though and even with a 2.5 amp hour battery the weight distribution is off. It would be great if there was a connection for a shoulder strap to minimize the strain on my shoulder and elbows and make the tool more balanced. What I think so far
I have used this blower a few times and realize it is a top product for all my needs. Yard work and drying my SUV quickly. The one feature that is concerning is the weight of the product. The back end by the battery is noticeably heavier than the tube section. This causes a slight imbalance of the product which may cause fatigue to the user.

Bad Warranty
Tool went bad at 10 Months and called Ego, and they would only Honer the warranty if I took it to a repair shop which is located over an hour away. Then I called Lowes to see what they could do, and the manager made no effort to help. I would not recommend on buying from ego and buying from Lowes.

This might be a great blower for someone strong enough to handle it, but it was listed as 12.7 lbs and the one I got was well over 15 lbs. Further, it does NOT come with a strap.
