After 5 years of zero maintenance and no oil changes, I am very happy. Good mower but ….
Bought 1 year ago. I like the mower for most features but back wheels lock up occasionally after turning around on grass surface. Been in the shop twice but they couldn’t get this to happen on hard surfaces. Frustrating!!

First use - easy to move around even on the lowest setting. Motor started to blog down a little on thicker grass. battery did well and nice and quiet compared to the gas mower.

I received the mower in the spring of 2024 and have used it at least once a week all summer. Assembly is simple and straight forward. The tubular handles seem sturdy, and I appreciate the adjustable height of the mower handle. The mower is very light weight which is obviously a plus. Starting is very easy. I've now had this mower for 4 years. In this time span it has had to be repaired twice. The first time the self propel motor was replaced. The second time the circuit board had to be replaced because self propel was not working. Although EGO did honor the 5 year warranty, I am completely dissatisfied with the service providers. EGO self propelled electric mower
I've only used it twice since it's winter and the grass isn't growing much. So far, the batteries have held up well but the yard is smallish. My only complaint is the way it maneuvers. I'm used to a self propelled gas mower, which is much more controllable. This mower really can't be pulled backward easily and it also takes off very quickly, almost in a jerky way. Hopefully I'll adapt to it. Also, the handle ends up being very long.

Won’t start after winter storage
I bought this in August when we moved to our new house. I really liked how it performed. When I went to start it after the winter break the blade wouldn’t operate. The drive works just fine (I.e. it will self propel) but that does no good if the blade isn’t operating. I’ve looked in the owners manual for troubleshooting but no help. I’ve tried to get through the help line with no luck so far. I’ll keep trying.
