What Customers Are Saying
The EGO Power+ 650 CFM Blower is a powerful and high-performing cordless leaf blower that delivers impressive air flow and suction. Customers praise its strong and adjustable airflow, which can easily handle both dry and wet leaves. Many note that it matches or exceeds the performance of their previous gas-powered blowers, while being much more convenient and quieter to operate. The blower is described as lightweight and well-balanced, though some find the larger battery pack to be quite heavy. The variable speed trigger and turbo boost button allow for precise control over the airflow, and the battery typically lasts 30-60 minutes of use.

The blower failed after 3 years, fortunately there is a 5 year warranty. I called EGO and they recommended a hardware store to take it to for service. The hardware store stopped working on them months ago. I called EGO back and they recommended another hardware store. They diagnosed it and after attempting an EGO recommended repair it ran for only 7 minutes. EGO relented and said they would send me another blower unit. It took about a month to receive the new blower after the old one was deemed ...

Blower great, battery meh
The blower is awesome but the battery only survives about 5 years (used about once a week) and costs as much as the whole package to replace. It would be nice if there was an exchange or discounted price for replacements for customers, but that does not exist. Essentially treat this as disposable (which negates any ecological/conservational benefits that may have existed).

No longer works after 2.5 years. Batteries are fine and hold full charge. I use them with no issue on my ego mower. The blower completely stopped working 2 weeks ago. I am contacting support for help.

Blown away
I was in a competitors 40v system for a number of years but after losing so many batteries to failure I decided it was time to move on. This blower has so much more power than my previous and I was actually impressed with that at the time. I will say I prefer the flap trigger over the style on this one but it isn’t a deal breaker. I could never see myself using it with a 5.0 battery tho I only use the blower for about 2-3 minutes max each time I mow so I put the 2.5 that came with my string trim...

Surprisingly Powerful
I bought this for myself, my husband has a large gas backpack blower that is too heavy for me to use. I thought I might get wrist fatigue (I did buy the strap), so far it’s great. The runtime has been amazing, we’ve charged it once so far, and we haven’t needed to charge it yet (it’s been used on a large driveway and patio several times)! The airflow is surprisingly powerful! It’s definitely not as loud as our gas blower, which is also nice! It was a good purchase!

Great Brand Name Blower
This is a great blower and lighter weight than I thought it would be! Doug in the seasonal department is definitely a salesman to talk to
Great overall quality
This Blower replaced an electric leaf blower i had for 25+ years. Although a bit hesitant to go with a battery power one due to the extra weight, I am pleased with the balance of the blower so your not having to force your wrist into a non-normal position. The air flow is excellent and the battery life has been very good.

Very powerful
So far it works as expected, it has plenty of power to clear my driveway of debris. This is the first battery powered blower I've used and I am impressed with the power and airflow. It is awkward to carry though and even with a 2.5 amp hour battery the weight distribution is off. It would be great if there was a connection for a shoulder strap to minimize the strain on my shoulder and elbows and make the tool more balanced. When the turbo boost is used it is very powerful and will clear all ...

Blows like crazy
The blower works great. Plenty of power. It's not the biggest but i don't really blow to much heavy stuff.

What I think so far
I have used this blower a few times and realize it is a top product for all my needs. Yard work and drying my SUV quickly. The one feature that is concerning is the weight of the product. The back end by the battery is noticeably heavier than the tube section. This causes a slight imbalance of the product which may cause fatigue to the user.
