Concept meets reality
I love the Ego concept but I have had issues and rating my product versus product is different. I have an uneven cut that is 1/2 inch lower on one side and I have Bermuda grass. My lawn looked like a zebra. I tried three different Ego blades and every fix I could find on Ego web site. The tipping point for me was getting cited by my HOA for the poor cut of my lawn. The kicker was that I have no repair shop nearby. One is 60 miles through Atlanta, the other is a tool repair shop and nobody h...

Cuts Uneven...Help!
I have had this mower for almost a month and I am not sure what i think about it. It's very convenient and easy to use but the cutting is all over the place. It cuts higher if I use the self propelled feature than if I don't. With lots of turns in my yard I can't use that feature the whole time. So, it cuts the grass uneven and I have to go back over it. What can I do to fix this? I didn't get the self propelled feature to not end up using it. Such a pain.

Easily Bricked
This product is UNRELIABLE The mower cut out unexpectedly in moderate grass. When attempting to restart after several hours the mower responds with a dull "thud" from the mower accompanied by a momentary dimming of the battery lights and a single green flash on the handlebar. The battery displays a full charge. There is no indication of any issue with the sensors or any other feedback. Service availability If this is indeed a fuse in the power circuit the problems are: 1. There is outwa...

Works, but dont work right
I have had this mower for about 3 years, it has now started acting up, will not come out of gear. Unit seems to always be in self propelled mode, Bad thing is cant find the serial number anywhere on this unit, so i can not get it fixed. I switched everything i had (gas powered) to EGO line, been pretty happy until now.

Great purchase
Hadn’t been mowing my lawn for years as I did not want to store a gas mower and gas in my garage. I love that I can now cut my own lawn and not worry about the gas smell. In addition it is made so well that I can store it in the garage and it takes up very little space. It does a great job and is simple to use.

First Time Electric Mower User
I received the mower in the spring of 2024 and have used it at least once a week all summer. Assembly is simple and straight forward. The tubular handles seem sturdy, and I appreciate the adjustable height of the mower handle. The mower is very light weight which is obviously a plus. Starting is very easy. Charging process is simple. The bag is well designed and easy to empty. I have a larger yard, approximately 15,000square feet less the house and garage, and the 7.5 amp battery life has been v...

Overall features
The model we received wasn’t exactly what we expected when it came to the features but we’re okay with what we have. It cuts well and is easy to maneuver on our lawn that has lots of tight spaces and odd angles. With the mower being light enough it can be pushed about with relative ease. So far, so good. We’re pleased with our purchase.

Mower is in shop
I bought the mower in August last year. It probably had 12 mows on it when the self-propelled feature quit. It has been in the Ego factory authorized shop for 10 weeks now. I’m not happy.
