Could Use Some Improvements

There is a lot to love, but there are two things holding me up from that 5th star - and to be fair, both of my issues could be user error: 1. The metal bar on the edge guide could really benefit from some measurement ticks to ensure you are getting the desired width. Great Hobby Tool

My belt sander stop bar broke off, and I couldn't get a new replacement, so I used my Dremel Ultra Saw 20V Max to cut some steel square tubing, I welded it to a piece of 3/4 x 3/4 angle iron, used my saw to grind off the rough welds and shaped and slotted the angle iron so it fit perfectly to the belt sander. i have had my saw for a couple of years and used it for mostly small projects. i was happy with its performance. i recently bought a house that needed a new kitchen floor. in the mess of moving, the only saw i could find was my Dremel 20. i was installing floating cork and there were a number of cuts to be made.
