This is a good product and does not require a wrench to change drill parts. It does have a light which we have not used. The variation of speeds is good for different needs. It is a little bulkier than a previous model that we had. But happier with this than the lower Amp version, mainly because you don't require additional purchases to use the base model as the other one required. Smooth running!
Haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but Dremel was awesome enough to trade me for a 4000 I was having trouble with. The motor in this just feels smoother in the hand! Can’t wait to make some toys with it!

Not satisfied with item, marked as is, and expected it used but a complete set. It was not complete and when tried to return item was meet with ridicule by one store employee. When ask to see Manager he in turn was offensive and dismissive. The whole incident escalated, left shaken. Your AS IS REDUCED label does not mention the packaged kit was missing items. I was told with some sarcasm what did I expect being reduced in price.

The chuck seems good so far
One thing on the cheaper Dremels I've owned is the chuck won't stay tight, so much so I tack welded bit's in just so I wouldn't have tighten the carbide bits over and over. I couldn't get anything done because of that problem, this new one seems to stay with just hand tightening, time will tell but that issue is one that causes major time wasted.

I have three, plus. 4000. I use them heavily in my intricate carvings. I’ve worked them - each of them for several hours without resting them. I’m amazed how the brushes last and the power. Whether the 4000 or the 4300’s I use up to 1/4” alumicut carving burrs and none of them hesitates. I’ve not beem able to slow one down, even in heavy cuts. I use these along with larger die grinders.
