Many issues..

First off, installation was a confusing headache. The instructions were written by a 2nd grader, most likely. They literally got left and right reversed on multiple pages. The door is not engineered very well. Had difficulty with the bottom rollers and proper adjustment.

Received a used returned door

The box that was delivered was loaded with packing tape as if someone opened it and taped it back up. Inside, multiple installation pieces were missing from the box. This item was obviously returned from a previous customer and then resold to me with missing pieces. The picture in the delivery was not even taken at my house, it looks like it is in the warehouse where the item was stored. I was on hold for 40 minutes with Lowes and no one answered. Good product quality, Roll-the-dice on shiping

I really like this sliding glass shower door, overall. It's very thick and it's easy to install with help from a second person - even by someone like me who has intermediate skill in the trades and who has never installed a glass shower door like this before. I really liked this product because it's one of the few doors that can be installed on a fairly narrow (sub 2-inch wide) threshold. Terrible delivery

Terrible experience from start to finish. The door was never even successfully delivered — it arrived damaged twice before making it to me, and then the order was automatically canceled instead of being properly resolved. No clear communication, no accountability, just wasted time and frustration. I would strongly reconsider buying doors or large items from Lowe’s.

Two broken doors sent, Lowe’s not helpful.

It isn’t here yet. The first door was broken in transit, Lowe’s tells me to continue to wait because “there’s nothing they can do”. I stop into Lowe’s, talk to an actual helpful person, she finds out the door was broken, processes a reorder. Second door delivered is also broken. NEVER order anything from Lowe’s for delivery

The delivery from Lowe’s was abysmal. Was supposed to be delivered in 6 days. Multiple delays. After 3 weeks, no updates. Called Lowe’s central office in Indianapolis. Very helpful there. But after repeated calls, found out that Lowe’s had cancelled my order without telling eith on the Lowe’s app or otherwise. Reordered and it was delivered in 5-6 days. This is a very unique and stylish shower door. Overall we are very happy with the look and function however it is not a perfect design. The door is only held in place by 1 point at the top so it is a bit "loose feeling" when handling it. The upper bumper (mandatory and the lower one is optional does not hit the door without the inner (plastic) trim piece installed, my install is level and plumb and I followed the instructions on how to install this pice with the slot shape going in the up/down...

Cannot Fix Broken

The door took over a month to finally arrive in good condition. The first two were damaged in transit. While the Customer Service Reps. at the local store were nice, there was no wiggle room with the delivery window on the final and last attempt. I was forced to reschedule after all the weeks of waiting...... Then they came to deliver it 2 hrs ahead of my window. Luckily I had someone available. They can text you automated messages for every step, except the hey were are coming early step. ...

Packaging was trashed on pickup

I paid $1038.79 for this item and when I picked i picked it up at the store, the box was beat to heck and hanging open - exposing the glass doors and metal inside the box. If it's even scratched, it's going right back to Lowes.

Took us some time, but it's DIY-able

Looks real nice! We spent a day of it removing the old frame and putting this up, 8am-4pm. Two trips to the store and lunch, too. Removing the old caulk was the most annoying part. Since we were replacing an old framed door with this, we just used grout to match and filled in the old screw holes. All in all, the instructions were well presented.
