I ordered these doors 4x (so far). The 1st showed up damaged, 2nd loaded on a Fed Ex truck for delivery and never seen again. The 3rd was shipped to Fairfield then Tracy, Utah, Nebraska,and then Kansas where it was damaged. Today I ordered these one last time. Order the 1st shower doors on July 14 and eta for the 4th door August 31, but every order was pushed back without any notice the delivery date changed.

Terrible product

I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this product and this company in general. Very dissatisfied.

Do not buy. Water leaks out.

We had to pull up all our flooring because the track was causing water to leak out the sides and seep down into the trim/sheetrock which caused mold!!! Replacing now with tile and hoping for the best. Water is always in the track and buildup accumulates if not cleaned constantly. Even though the clearmax coating is on still get tough to remove water stains. Gold seems to be wearing off on the track as well. Would definitely not buy again or recommend.

Terrible shipping

We had to reorder this shower door 3 times. It came completely shattered all 3 times and delayed our project by over 3 months. My husband had to call the store more than 20 times, finally started calling the warehouse and shipping center. There was ZERO customer service, concern that this kept happening or sense of urgency. 0/10 DO NOT recommend buying from this store. We ordered it from wayfair and it was here in two days NOT broken.

Received a used returned door

The box that was delivered was loaded with packing tape as if someone opened it and taped it back up. Inside, multiple installation pieces were missing from the box. This item was obviously returned from a previous customer and then resold to me with missing pieces. The picture in the delivery was not even taken at my house, it looks like it is in the warehouse where the item was stored. I was on hold for 40 minutes with Lowes and no one answered. NEVER order anything from Lowe’s for delivery

The delivery from Lowe’s was abysmal. Was supposed to be delivered in 6 days. Multiple delays. After 3 weeks, no updates. Called Lowe’s central office in Indianapolis. Very helpful there. But after repeated calls, found out that Lowe’s had cancelled my order without telling eith on the Lowe’s app or otherwise. Reordered and it was delivered in 5-6 days. But now I can’t get my long time person to install it because of he can’t get anyone to come into DC because of the Trump chaos inflicted on ou...

Two broken doors sent, Lowe’s not helpful.

It isn’t here yet. The first door was broken in transit, Lowe’s tells me to continue to wait because “there’s nothing they can do”. I stop into Lowe’s, talk to an actual helpful person, she finds out the door was broken, processes a reorder. Second door delivered is also broken. Only packaged in corrugated cardboard so OF COURSE it’s broken. Lowe’s now tells me I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. No tracking number for third door. This is a very unique and stylish shower door. Overall we are very happy with the look and function however it is not a perfect design. The door is only held in place by 1 point at the top so it is a bit "loose feeling" when handling it. The upper bumper (mandatory and the lower one is optional does not hit the door without the inner (plastic) trim piece installed, my install is level and plumb and I followed the instructions on how to install this pice with the slot shape going in the up/down...

Terrible delivery

Terrible experience from start to finish. The door was never even successfully delivered — it arrived damaged twice before making it to me, and then the order was automatically canceled instead of being properly resolved. No clear communication, no accountability, just wasted time and frustration. I would strongly reconsider buying doors or large items from Lowe’s.

Many issues..

First off, installation was a confusing headache. The instructions were written by a 2nd grader, most likely. They literally got left and right reversed on multiple pages. The door is not engineered very well. Had difficulty with the bottom rollers and proper adjustment.
