What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' sturdy frames, smooth finishes, and quality hinges and drawer slides, with many noting excellent value and durability. However, a substantial group reports significant frustrations with order accuracy, missing components like toe kicks and shelf hardware, and defects including cracked frames, chipped paint, and units built out of square. Some mention thin door panels and stapled backs as design concerns. Despite these issues, most customers who received undamaged units consider the construction and aesthetics worthwhile, though the inconsistent experience has created widespread hesitation about the overall purchase process.

The color in the panels does not even match the tone of the cabinets and drawers. The panels are noticeably lighter than the rest of the cabinets. We contacted Diamond customer services, and they sent replacement panels. When the replacements arrived, they had the exact same issue, like none even looked why we were getting replacements. We called again to report the problem, and their solution was to offer us a credit of only $76 on a $7k purchase. At this point, our countertops have already be...

I thought this would be a spice rack
Arrived in good condition, but not a spice rack - the item should not show a picture of a spice rack. This is confusing, and the item should have an option to order a spice rack with this type of cabinet.

Finish issues
We remodeled our kitchen about 6 months ago. We ordered custom diamond cabinets and overall they are quite nice and seem well made, certainly the nicest cabinets I've ever owned. However, we had several things wrong, one cabinet was broken and needed to be replaced, complicating countertop installation. Another with broken tracks, easy fix with new parts from Diamond. Four of the doors had finish issues, and the paint seems a bit thin in general. Again, Diamond replaced the doors, but it's ...

Single Wall Oven Missing...
...an important piece. What comes in the box is the outer shell of the cabinet. What you need INSIDE TO INSTALL the oven is a base that the oven sits on that will withstand 194* heat and hold 300lbs. That means you have to build a base. We used 2 X 4s & 3/4" plywood & corner braces. Secured the legs to the side & back where they won't be seen. Only the front leg is free floating. I'm a retired teacher & seamstress & have done a bit of remodeling, so figured it out, but at the price of this c...

Bas design
I cannot believe the design for the attachment of the drawer front on our diamond cabinets. The attachment mechanism, which is spotfaced into the front drawer panel then sticks out beyond the drawer and then screwed to the drawer front, holds the entire drawer open probably 1/4 of an inch making the ugly hardware visible from the side on all the cabinet drawers. This is a very poor design and it's unlike any other cabinets we have. Not only that, the majority of our trim boards, toe kick and sid...

DO NOT ORDER - delivery is a NIGHTMARE
Ordering these cabinets from Lowe's has been a NIGHTMARE - after spending over $4,200.00 dollars on cabinets from Lowes.com, this is what we got: 1st - delivery indication on Lowes.com was shipment coming via FedEx on 4/3 - took 8 hours off from work to wait on delivery that never came 2nd - communicated with Lowes customer service and was advised not coming via FedEx but Riverstone Logistics and would be there 4/4, 4/5 or 4/7 - took two more days off from work = 16 hours to wait on delivery tha...

Horrible Customer Service
Do not waste your time. No complaints about the quality of the cabinets, but the customer service is horrible. These cabinets are shipped directly from the vendor. The link between Lowes and the vendor is almost non-existent. The delivery date Lowes gives you is meaningless. Lowes will back up the delivery time listed in their system because they don’t know any better. They may even refuse to contact the vendor on your behalf. If it not delivered on time, they will blame the vendor, they wi...
