The product is describedas "no drill", this is not true. The anchors blunted and would not penetrate the drywall. I drilled a 1/8" pilot hole and that got it started. The threaded portion then began splitting and delaminating the drywall and then the outer end sheared off completely. On the next anchor I drilled a 1/4" pilot hole and the anchor worked ok.
High Quality, Easy to Install
We bought this one after we returned the similar Allen + Roth one because the matching toilet paper holder was such a nightmare to install that we wouldn’t even try the towel bar. This one has a higher end look and feel, installed easily, and upgraded our bathroom for about the same price as the A+R. Should have bought this one in the first place!

No seams
I bought this towel bar to replace a Delta Flynn model that can be either 18" or 24". I don't recommend those for a 24" towel bar. It created a seam and a little bit of a sag that bothered me to look at. There is no seam in this 24" Delta Windemere model. It fit into the same screw holes that I had for the Flynn model, so I did not have to drill any new holes in the wall. I am happy with the Windmere.

Included Sheetrock Anchor Junk
The overall build quality is alright and provided instruction and hole template are good. The provided screw-in sheetrock anchor is total junk. The body of it is so weak that during the screw in process the body twists to the point that the part inside the Sheetrock stops turning. If you continue to apply torque with the screwdriver, the head will break off. I had to pre-drill with ¼" drill and still had difficulty getting the anchor in. I have used these types of anchors before and they normall...
