Rigid plastic supply lines cannot be easily bent without significantly cutting water supply/ pressure.

The upgrade was not an upgrade!

I am so disappointed. I bought kitchen fixtures and these bath fixtures in champagne bronze. I couldn't be more unhappy. The champagne bronze color spots terribly and doesn't ever look clean. Besides that the faucet flow is weak, but manages to spray little drops of water all over my stomach while I'm standing there using it. Seriously, would not recommend at all!!

I have serious buyer's remorse and wish I'd done more research first. After completing my first ever remodeling project and spending serious money on these faucets at a plumbing supply company, I am VERY disappointed that they need CONSTANT upkeep or they appear dirty and smudgy. Corrosion! Do Not Buy!!! Thousands $$$ Wasted

Have three Vero (brilliant stainless) lavatory faucets plus roman bath fixture. Ends (at spout) immediately began corroding (no a buildup issue but actual metal corrosion). Delta replaced all products under warranty but upon re-installation, corrosion immediately began again. Corrosion and water marks

We recently built our dream home and put Delta Vero stainless steel faucets, body sprays, rain heads, and shower heads in all of our 4 bathrooms. We are extremely disappointed in the look of these stainless faucets. They look like they belong in a public restroom with splash marks and corrosion on each faucet. cannot remove filter to clean!!!

Purchased this and love the way it looks. BUT the flow only sprays out one side and comes out full force. I am thinking the filter (aerator) needs cleaning but we cannot get the aerator out to clean. This faucet is unusable until we can replace or get it fixed - had plumbers and a builder look at it and they don't know how to get the aerator out as the new keys do not fit the rectangular faucet.

The Worst

We own two of the Stainless Steel Vero 553LF’s we installed in a new home. They are without a doubt the worst faucets we have ever owned. Water flow is spotty and the water splashes everywhere. My wife has ruined numerous rayon pieces of clothing due to the water splashes. Also no easy way to clean out the aerator when they have any kind of debris in them. In a house full of Delta plumbing products - this is one that needs a complete rethink.

Captivating at the faucet and the flow.

Had these faucets installed during a reno of 3 yrs ago. We have conditioned water which may help with the spotting; however, can use pre-moistened cleaning wipes periodically to really make them shine. Did a lot of investigation upon choosing these. Others may like to note: at least at that time, Delta offered different filter squares to insert for water outflow adjustment. splashes way too much!

While the look of this design is attractive, the way the water splashes when it hits the sink or tub (both are not too shallow) is more than I have ever seen. Had I known this issue, I would have considered another design. OK, Delta engineers, how about creating a retroactive fitting screen that will easily solve this issue? It's not rocket science! something that can be fit up inside the spout that will prevent the water from becoming a needle shaped rocket that ends up splashing everywhere. Se...

Needs to be redesigned

I bought this several months ago and it has not worked properly since. The water hits the pop up and splatters all over the person using the sink. When I tried to get it repaired I was told the warranty does not cover any repairs. They sent the parts they say I need without any directions. When I finally got the instructions I needed a plumber to fix the problem. Delta will not back up their products. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this product.
