This faucet was easy to install, well-built and looks good too. The install took less than half an hour, and was very easy to do compared to other faucets I have installed. The instructions seemed very clear. Removing this at a later date will be easy too. It is usually a pain to get to the bolts on the underside of the faucet behind the sink bowl from underneath. It is something I really dread doing in the past. This faucet has easy to screw nuts to lock it down to the countertop, and pre-attac...
Can't see a single touch - large size
I needed this to replace my old faucet and sink in my master bath to be more modern. I attached photo to compare the old faucet versus the new one. This is much larger than my old faucet and does not show finger tips. I recommend purchasing the full bathroom set, as the touch-less (aka Spotshield) brushed nickel looks just a bit different than the normal brushed nickel that shows finger prints. Right now I have mixes of chrome, brushed nickel, and this touchless brushed nickel. I've tested i...
Buyer Beware...Delta Faucet Problems
Bought this two years ago and this faucet has been nothing but trouble. Had this installed by a plumber and shortly thereafter the faucet began to come loose at the countertop and started corroding. A second plumber came out and said I needed a new gasket/nut/washer so I called Delta and they don't even have replacement parts AND they say that the corrosion is due to chemicals which is odd because we primarily use water to clean them. Even stranger since there is no corrosion on the two handl...

Plastic nuts to secure faucet handles
I had a handy man here to install 2 Valdosta faucets. He had a lot of difficulty securing the handles under the counter with the plastic nuts. One nut would not thread on the valve, and was defective. I called Delta. Their representative told me that the nut should have been metal, and would send me out replacements. So, I have one partially installed new faucet and half of my old one. The replacement parts are now back-ordered. After researching online, it seems that one website sells the nut a...
Requires Extra Parts to Mount in Granite
I'm really disappointed by Delta. We bought this faucet to go with a new granite counter top. The installation was done at our mountain cabin, and we were very frustrated when we determined that the granite was too thick. There should be some sort of note on the box explaining that extra parts are needed. The plastic washer was barely had 2 turns and stripped out easily. We had to remove the escutcheon from the cold water handle to get it to work temporarily. After returning home and havin...

Nice Start - Poor Ending
We really enjoyed the faucet as part of our bathroom remodel for about a year then the finish started to wear at the base of both handles. At about year 3 the finish is down to brass - no finish at all. A few days ago the hot water valve started to leak so bad I had to turn it off under the sink. Overall poor long term quality and we will not be buying Delta replacment due to 1-year warranty (others have a lifetime limited warranty).

Purchased with Broken Quick Connect Tabs
Purchased this item and mounted the faucet and went to install the quick connect hose to discover the tabs on the connectors were previously broken and we had most likely purchased a pre-opened item although it was not labeled as such at Lowe's. Came in to Lowe's with the broken parts and they refused to replace the broken items (even though they are ok to sell broken items) without me uninstalling the faucet and returning the whole item. Suggested a reach out to Delta to have them send new pa...

Good looking faucet - water supply restricted
Bought this to replace our master bathroom faucet. Quality good and installation was straightforward. I know Delta markets this as 20% reduction in water with no performance reduction but that is not fully accurate. For the widespread option they designed a plastic hose that plugs into the hot & cold water values that mixes water to the center stem. The hose connections are smaller than a traditional water supply hose, therefore reducing water flow. I use this sink to brush teeth and shave ...

Hi Joein Dallas, I'm very sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the flow of the faucet. We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention....
Plastic mounting nuts - poor design
The faucet is very nice overall until you attempt to tighten the valves with the plastic nuts provided. The nuts don't tighten onto the metal valve body. It is almost like they are just a bit too large. They don't appear to be stripped & I did not tighten with a wrench. The counter top is about an inch thick and the valve body has an area where the threads are milled away, which is less threads to catch the plastic nuts. Another review indicated that Delta said they were to be metal nuts. That's ...

Lasted 113 days
We purchased this unit in October 2017 and in February 2018 the hot water started dripping, then running constantly at about half strength. We contacted Delta and was sent a handful of plastic parts in late March 2018. There were no instructions. We were referred to an online manual in subsequent emails. The parts were to the stem unit assembly which I could not separate, nor repair. We had Delta in our homes for 57 years and am shocked Delta simply didn't rush a loyal customer a new faucet...
