We bought this Delta Lenta Spotshield Touchless PUlldown faucet in January after looking up reviews and videos on the Lowe’s site. Reliable Plumbing came out for the installation, the installer showed my husband how it would work, including the “wave” feature of the faucet within 4 inches of the faucet, which worked. Handle does not stay on

After three years, the handle started falling off. We tightened it everyday until the part finally broke. We ordered a new handle. This one worked for about 10 months and now it will not longer stay on the faucet. It is very annoying to have the handle fall off every time we use the faucet. Since we are the second owners of the house, there is no warranty. I will never buy another Delta product again.

Falling apart

Installed this faucet 4 yrs ago. Originally we were very pleased with it, especially after we purchased the optional plug in feature to eliminate the battery pack. It worked flawlessly. While the faucet still works, the finish is coming off of the sprayer, the clearcoat is just peeling off, and the magnet that holds the sprayer basically disintegrated into a rust pile and fell out of the goose neck that holds the sprayer. Still working great a year later

I got this faucet for my kitchen to replace a similar one that had developed a leak. My husband is a retired plumber, and swears by Delta faucets as they are easier to repair if and when the need arises. I like the features on this faucet, which enable a regular flow from the spout, or you can pull out the handle to spray. Fantastic Faucet!

This faucet is beautfiful. It looks great in my kitchen and works wonderfully. It is so nice to be able to see when the water goes from cold to hot. And the touch to turn on is amazing.

Bad luck with this one

I'm glad all the other reviewers have had good luck with their faucets. It's pretty, I'll give you that. We've had ours for a little over 2 years and have had significant problems with it. A plumber installed the faucet. It started dripping just a few weeks after installation - and per Delta fixing it involved taking part of the faucet apart, taking the supply lines out, emptying them into a bucket, and more. Unique features for Delta Lenta faucet

Looks ok although chrome is cheaper looking than other finishes. Turing the watee on-off is side to side and the hot-cold is front to back which is reverse of our previous faucet so that is taking some getting used to. The "spray guard" setting is useful when spraying down the sides and bottom of the sink.
