Shower head

Pretty easy to install since we already had pre-existing plumbing etc. I replaced the curved extension that the shower head connected to with a 16 inch straight Rod. The curved one just didn’t work for me. I like the style of the shower head and that it can detach from the base. I just wish it would allow the water to have more pressure. My old ugly silver one had lots of pressure.

Great Pressure, Great Design

I was worried about the water pressure given the dual shower head and handheld. It works great. I love the design of the tub spigot. The only thing I would recommend for others is maybe getting a longer arm to mount the shower head. This one feels a little short.

Shower/Tub Faucet

The matte black color is perfect for our shower/tub design. The detachable shower head sprayer works well and there is good pressure and spray pattern.

enjoying this 1st day of being able to shower with it in out tub/shower combo. seems to have been set to really limit amount of hot water mixing from factory. no worries given it's so easy to change max temp setting . I prefer full range of motion in my mixing valve. . instructions were clear. was my first time plumbing in a rough in valve , I went female thread and propress (vevor's hydrolic crimper) worked well. made this install a breeze. familiar with sweating copper, but I'll never go back...

Crap

for what you pay, this thing in about as cheap as you can get! I'm done buy expensive crap. Everything is plastic. it was a pain in the butt to install, that also cost another $60. and that was doing it myself.

terrible handheld design

I was really hoping to love this bathtub/shower faucet but i am so disappointed. The first time I tried using it, the hand held shower head did not click into main shower head correctly and it slammed down onto our new tub. We are so lucky it wasn't damaged. It is not an intuitive design. You have to push the handle in towards the upper back then click in. If you don't, and I believe that most who visit, will not, then the faucet will fall out and slam into the tub floor. I now have to warn anyo...

Looks ok, doesn't work great

We just redid out bathroom and wish we went with a different product. It looks ok, but the shower head produces a really weak stream on all settings, and the shower turns on my popping the top of the tub drain, so there's often water coming out of the drain, the main head, and the removable head at the same time, all with weak streams. Also, the chain for the removeable head is too long and gets all bunched up. We went with this option bc we though we needed a long tub spout, but it turns out we...

Expensive plastic!

I ordered this shower set online at Lowe’s. While shipping was very fast, I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box and inspected all the pieces. I was shocked to find so many pieces were plastic, not metal!! At this price point, one would think that all of the pieces would be some sort of metal. What really disappointed me was even the threads were plastic!! How long do you think that would last? Plastic will dry rot after a while. I boxed it back up and returned it to my local Lowe’s ...
