I hate that Lowe’s sent me a towel rack that was obviously used and return back to store. It had missing pieces. It was on sale and did the job

I purchased this towel bar primarily because it was on sale, and I liked the square brackets versus the round ones. I wanted a bronze finish but could only find black in every available in-store product. As I did not want to wait on my boyfriend, I installed myself. It was fairly easy with a bit of measuring, although it would have been nice if a template was included, as I had with my previous towel bar. Sturdy and Attractive.

Sturdy and attractive. Needed a drill and a screw driver. Everything else was included in the box. One side hit a stud, the other side was just drywall. The kit comes with mounts for both. Very sturdy once mounted. Should last a long time. Interesting design. This can be 18 inches or 24 inches. There is a small 6 inch extension for the full 24 inches. Only used the 18 inch piece due to location.

Poorly designed - had to return it

I tried unsuccessfully to install this thing. The piece that you attach to the wall is made out of an extremely thin and weak pressed metal about the size of a dime. I could not get it positioned in such a way that the screw that holds the bracket on could get a grip on it. The oversized plastic anchors stripped out as they went into the wall. I’m pretty good and home improvement projects so it’s not because of me.

Poor Customer Service

Purchased this towel bar and when I went to install it, the bar was too large for the openings in the side pieces. When I went to return it, my return was declined because it was past the 90-day return limit. I had been waiting until I got the room painted before installing which is why it took so long, but in either case, the towel bar was defective and they should have let me return it. Very poor customer service.
