The matching wheel flanges allow the use of common accessories. Includes: (1) Grinder, One-Touch Guard, 2-Position Side Handle, Wrench, 4-1/2" Abrasive Wheel. Replace wheels less often with Temper Point TM grains that are built tougher to maintain razor sharpness for up to 50% longer life. Get a longer lasting cutting edge that resists wear-and-tear with enhanced adhesion between the coated grains and resin. Efficiently cut a wide range of metals including carbon steel, stainless, and nickel-based alloys with the wheel's thin designs and high-grain concentration. These wheels are exceptionally durable and are built with 2 sheets of fiberglass for optimized strength to help to reduce breakage.

It's a good tool. Very disappointed the box did not include a collet wrench/tool since this is required to secure the blade in place. Disappointment compounded by Lowes not having the DeWalt collet wrench for in store purchase.

Works well as a cutter and grinder. To use as a cutter you must purchase a separate cutting disk protective cover and cutting disk. Solid tool.

Works perfect to cut metal

I used this on a new angle grinder I purchased without a wheel. It’s the standard size and attached perfectly to my grinder. I used it to remove part of a metal cabinet drawer pull that was completely stuck on the screw in the back of the drawer front. The wheel made quick and steady work of cutting through the metal and I was able to finish my project.
