I will never buy here again. Im very upset and unhappy. I ordered it online and wanted to return it and I called lowes. They said just print out the receipt with the barcode and take it to the store and i did that. Nothing but troubles and aggravation . They wouldn't and couldn't take the item back or give a refund. won't reverse

I got this as a Christmas gift. It did not go in reverse. We contacted the company as well as Lowe's and nobody seemed to care. I won't buy this brand again although it is a time-honored name. I've read other people had the same problem and also didn't get any help from customer service

I bought this drill to supplement an old NiCD drill that can't keep a charge for a tuning session. So bought this kit two ski seasons ago and I love it. Makes brushing skis so much quicker, easier and better quality using roto brushes. A couple of 2ah are fine for the four pair that gets a tune every week.
