Gets the job done.

The main reason I purchased thing saw was because of it's ergonomic design. With previous reciprocating saws I've used, the standard way they are build worked just fine for standard cuts, but anything requiring an odd angle or tight space would be much more tricky. I’ve been plumbing sence 1988 and always bought Dewalt from the beginning. I have rebuilt their old style sawall and desided to buy a new one. I bought this one because it’s the only one with adjust 4 way head to put blade on both ways. Great American made product

There were several other saws that said American made but upon checking the box they are Chinese or Mexican made. This American made saw is hands down the best Dewalt sawzall I have ever owned. It has functionality, versatility, and durability. Just buy the larger battery with for extended use or swap two smaller batteries for continued use. I love it

Great little recip saw. I have used this one almost daily in my line of work and it has yet to disappoint. Good run time on the 3, 4 and 5 aH dewalt batteries. It's nice not having to drag an extension cord and generator around with me everywhere. Just make sure you're using the saw correctly and with the appropriate blades for your cut.

Most versatile reciprocating saw

I’ve used this saw several times now using my 60volt max 6.0mah battery and even after 30 minutes of extreme construction cutting through 2x10s, 3/4 plywood and some rather big framing nails this saw did not hesitate once and the battery still had 2 of the 3 light bars so I’m sure it will go at least one hour on that battery so it’s very powerful yet super efficient . Great Product!

Got this reciprocating saw as a compliment to the one I got at Harbor Freight with a cord. I am delighted with that decision. There are many applications where it’s too far away from an outlet to be practical (or safe). This tool is powerful and effective. A 5V battery is plenty of power to get through tough material. I enjoyed it so much I gave it to a friend and got another just like it! That’s satisfaction and trust.

Light weight yet powerful, multi purpose cutting machine. This 50' fence was cut down literally in less than 10 minutes. My demo job was clear in less than half hour. Here is the best part, I use it to cut Roots in the ground when I was digging the post hole and made my job 100% faster than normal. Yes, it cut branches too...100% satisfied with this purchase.

High vibration

Don’t understand the high approval ratings! I returned mine because it vibrated so much. After using it cutting branches I still had the sensation after finishing the cuttings! Tried another one at the store thinking I had a bad one and it to vibrated heavily, even the clerk felt that was unusual. Tried another brand and it was like night and day! If you still like this one see if you can try it at the store and compare with another brand.
