Dust collector worthless

The circular saw comes with an attachment to allow it to be hooked to a dust collector. It is not size to be able to be attached to their Wet Dry vac. Dewalt does not make an adapter to go from the circular saw dusk collector attachment to the Dewalt wet dry vac, so that attachment is worthless.

Quick change multi tool

No Power, No Problem

Bad warranty policy

Had this circular saw for 1 year and 3 months. Used it 4-5 times to cut plywood and 2x4's for home use. VERY minor use for a Dewalt tool. Stopped working so I took it to a Dewalt repair center. Took 3 months to repair. Once the repair was done the repair center said Dewalt declined my warranty claim and it will cost $90 to pick up the tool. Watch out - you might get returned Tools

First off this review is One star because of what I received not for the quality or performance of DeWalt tools. I ordered online since it was free delivery, which was great, but I was very disappointed with what I received. Great saw: cuts all day

This is a great circular saw. It cuts well and comes with a decent blade in the package. Combined with a 5ah battery, I was able to cut all day (including slowly working on some 6x6s). The only reason for the 4 star review are the safety (paddle as opposed to the buttons I'm used to - not really a problem, just took some getting used to) and the amount of saw dust that is kicked back in your face when not using a dust extraction system (a problem I've encountered on most other circular saws). Makes a cut or two

This thing is awful. Its nice if you need to hack the end of a 2x4 off once or twice. If you actually need to make multiple cuts back to back with continued use, just get the corded saw out. This thing rips through the 5 and 8 amp battery packs. Overheats the batteries and the saw cuts out during the cut all the time. Don't buy this product. the brake is defective.

The product is defective. The brake engages while operating. I exchanged the first one I got, and the new one does the same thing. I never even sawed a board with it. I would rate it a zero, but that was not a choice.
