good drill but the charger wont charge up my batt

The drill itself has lots of power. I love the multispeed trigger, but I have had a issue with the charger to where I would have to remove the battery multiple times before it would start to take charge. Now it don't charge at all. It's just setting in my drawer taking a space

My online experience was so easy.....I entered what I needed and there it was....perfect. It had to be delivered to the store for pick up....I received my email....dropped by - went to the pick up area - scanned my email....Wam Bam - got my drill....So easy for a 66 year old woman...

Huge improvement over previous model!

This was a great improvement over my previous DeWalt cordless drill. Smaller, more compact design and still has the 1/2" chuck. More power than my previous drill and longer run time as well.

Love Dewalt products

Dewalt never lets me down. I get locked out of the house then had to drill the door knob out so I could get inside. Drilled it out in five minutes with a brand new in the box Dewalt 20v max drill, one near dead battery and one prob 3/4 dead battery. The drill bit still holds its edge. The drill and bits cost me $160. A lock smith would have cost me $250. Worth the price I paid. Thank you, DEWALT!
