I purchased this on a sale about 2 months ago and have finally been able to use it. I am extremely pleased at how accurate the cuts were and how easy it was to use. It is a little heavy for transporting around, so I will need to look into purchasing a rolling stand to help ease that burden. While it does work, I am not a big fan of the hold down clamp as it is a little bit of a pain to set. I wish it would use a flip style lever instead of a full screw down.

Bought this to replace my smaller DWS715 and I'm so glad I did! It cuts so smooth and is rock solid! If you're looking for a great saw at a great price, I don't think there is a better option out there!

Great Saw in Desperate Need of an Update
This saw is extremely powerful and can do pretty much everything I throw at it. It's easy to adjust and tune, and the cuts are very accurate. The one thing that needs a pretty major improvement, though, is the dust collection. The rails on the saw are already very long, so having the hose connection be at the end of the rails makes it a nightmare to put in any sort of permanent spot. Dependable, reliable saw
I have had this saw for a number of years, used it on countless projects and renovations. Until recently I used the original blade that came with the saw. Cuts straight, guides are accurate. Could not be more satisfied.

Great Versatile SLiding Miter Saw
I've has this saw for over a year so far, and it has served me well. I saved a few $ by getting the model without the built in laser line, and just added an after market laser that attaches to the arbor beside the blade to cast a line where you want to cut. Pros: Extremely sturdy - excellent cut capacity - very accurate out of the box with no fine tuning of bevel or miter angle required needed.
