I purchased one of these palms last summer on clearance and it has thrived. Came damaged and weak and yellowed inside ok boxes

Ordered 2 Majesty palms and both are looking thin leaved with no deep green color, more yellow. One is very wilted even after 3 days of perfect temp and care. Size is not as advertised along with thin and sparse branches. Very disappointed for the premium plants they were supposed to be. I have contacted Costa Farms via email and response time is 14 days. You Don't Always Get What You Pay For

Incorrect size product was delivered. Every Spring I have been purchasing two Majesty Palms in 10-in pots from Lowes for the past 11 years. Some years it is very difficult to find a Lowes that is carrying the size plants that I need, especially so this year. I had even traveled 50 miles to my "last resort Lowes" in hopes to find Majesty Palms in 10-in pots, only to be disappointed when I arrived. Beautiful

I purchased a palm today at Lowe’s. It was so beautiful there was so many to choose from. It has been really warm in Ohio lately. I’m going to bring it in the house if it gets cold in March and I just want keep it outside all summer on the porch. I want to go back and buy more. I like the beauty of the plant. It just makes the outside looks so relaxing and gorgeous.

Very nice palm. I wanted a big one, and I was quite satisfied. Packaged very well, not damaged during shipping at all. Needed repotting to a bigger pot with more soil and better drainage almost immediately though.

Disappointing plant experience. 😓

When I picked it up, my palm plant didn’t look anything like the ones I saw in line …OR the ones I’d seen at the store earlier in the week. It was forlorn, wilting and dry …and much smaller than expected. I’ve been to the store since and saw the same plant—twice the size and healthy looking for only $1.76 more!! 😱. Very disappointed. I buy a lot at Lowe’s …and have bought for mannny years. 😢. …and it takes a lot for me to take the time to complain.
