Stay away from this company's products. I bought an oven 18 months ago, but we only started using it 10 months ago, and half of the oven has already stopped working. The manufacturer claims the warranty has expired, even though we barely used the product. I can't find a service provider in the Atlanta area who is willing to repair it. In short: a lousy product and a company with terrible customer service.

Just what I wanted

We’re really happy with this range! It looks beautiful in our kitchen and gives it a high-end, professional look. The 36-inch size and large oven are perfect for cooking for the family, and the burners work great. Very pleased with the quality and design!

Looks Great!

Haven’t used it yet. Just installed but the installer said it Looks just like a Thor he recently installed. Hoping it works as good as it looks.

Looks great! But oven igniter is terrible

I purchased this stove in Aug 2023 from Lowes. It looks great. The stove top works great. But the oven igniter has gone out 4 times in three years. They are not cheap. Do not waste your money on this stove if you need to use the oven.

Very poor quality

I purchased this oven in 02/2025. Within the first year, the ignitor went out and the oven door shattered while closing it. Now, less than 18-months into owning it, the bake ignitor has gone out and it is no longer under warranty. The service team helped me troubleshoot to figure out the problem but said they can not do anything to fix it. I am so disappointed in the quality of this item. It is a really beautiful piece of junk.

Great Quality

I recently purchased this Cosmo six burner stove upon seeing at the quality is fantastic. Amazing craftsmanship everything looks well built and put together the fit and finish was just perfect. We’ll definitely buy this product again.

Great stove for the price

I bought this stove as it was the best value for a $1500 stove that was 36 inches wide and had the standing legs to sweep underneath. We love it, it fits our room perfectly. Pictured is it in place, we’re still working to do the backsplash and to place the vent fan.

Great Oven

I purchased this oven 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Love the digital display and cast iron grates!

THEY DO NOT INSTALL 36 Inch Gas Ranges

I called 5 times overall to verify that they install, I purchased this range with the idea that it was a great value proposition to have ti delivered, installed and haul way the old one. Called 5 times overall, day of delivery they say we dont install these ranges , here is a $20 refund. On average it costs $300 to install these. DO NOT buy this size if free installation is part of your plan. Even if the website says they do it , they do not.
