For a product labeled 'luxury' this sucked. More than the product I hated dealing with the customer support at Lowe's when this was not working. The people I talked to when I called were really helpful, it is that annoying AI chat bots which spiked my blood pressure dangerously above normal.

We bought this stove because it was time to replace our old one. My wife loves all the features, specially the knobs which light up. She also loves the bottom drawers to keep a few pots in. Overall we love that is stainless steel and easy to clean.

This is a truly beautiful range. Even the sides are stainless steel. Too bad they're hidden by the cabinets. Main complaint is oven temp is 50 degrees cooler than what is set. Secondary complaint is with Cosmos' customer service. They require "proof of purchase" for just a simple inquiry (oven temp), then they want you to type in 5 letters/numbers/symbols to prove you're not a robot. Problem is, they keep putting one very strange character that doesn't correspond with any keyboard I've eve...
