I've had this oven since August 2025, so less than a year. I wish I had read the other reviews because it's already broken. Fred with customer service is dragging out my repair. I am a mother of two small children and I use my stove everyday and I need it to be in working order. It is inconsistent in baking temps and also lets out hug bursts of steam that would burn you if you didn't know before opening. Works so well
This is working great. The knobs are easy to use, light goes off when oven is ready, and I LOVE the blue interior of the ovens. It is so pretty!! I did not know that was part of it and was pleasantly surprised. And the racks slide out smoothly.

We recently purchased a house in Richmond, CA in September and the contractors had purchased a brand-new Cosmo oven (COS-965AGC) and it has never worked properly since we moved in. The oven took several times to turn on and made several loud beeping noises, never heating properly. The timer would get stuck and run and we would have to reset the clock repeatedly or else it would not work. Horrible Product
I have had this stove for less than 2 years and had to have the igniter switches in oven replaced 3 times. The stove is horrible quality!!!! It looks pretty, but don't under any circumstances by this stove or any COSMOS product. If you do buy it, then get the extended warranty because you are going to need it. In fact, I think that Lowes is completely doing a disservice to its customers by still selling these.

WASTE OF MONEY
This oven is a piece garbage! It looks nice but that is about it. It is hard to get the oven to light, it takes about 3 attempts each time. The stove function is similar, on many occasions it has been hard for the burners to light/ stay on. Very disappointing product. Save your money and BUY ANOTHER BRAND Also I have had it for 2 years and it's already falling apart! Absolute garbage
We bought 4 CRAPMO appliances from Lowes for our new kitchen remodel. Seemed like good reviews. They must have been from idiots. All 4 appliances were faulty right out of the box. DO NOT THIS GARBAGE. And on top of that Lowes will not do anything to help. They are terrible too. We have tried to deal with XCRAPMO to resolve the problems with no resolve. JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK And lowes sucks too. Done with them.

Horrible - would not buy
This oven was installed in the house we bought and moved into less than a year ago and we've had to have repair people come here approximately 6 times because the oven has stopped heating. They all hate this oven, and dealing with Cosmo to get replacement part numbers, etc, has also been horrible. Additionally the user manual is not clear and it's so complicated to use the little timer area that we don't even bother. I will never buy this brand.
