I purchased this brand because I needed a specific size to fit the countertop of my early 70's era house and I was unable to find that size in a more notable brand. It's attractive and I loved it....for 2 months. Then is blew out a rear burner. I called the company and sent all the proof of purchase paperwork. They agreed to send me the replacement parts BUT I have to have them installed myself and apparently only authorized service companies can do that. Right now I'm trying to find someon...

Beautiful
I upgraded from my old coil burner 30-inch to this beautiful 36-inch glass top cooktop. I installed it myself, was quite easy. I can't wait to start cooking on it, but it really upgraded my kitchen. I love it.

Do not buy
Cooktop has failed after 7 months. The big dual eye will not come all the way on. Cosmo will only send a part and I have to install. If that doesn’t work I have to get someone else to service it. Now the larger eye in the back is doing the same thing. Hard to cook with only one half of eye working. I do not recommend it. I should not have this much trouble after only 7 months.

Good product poor customer service.Can't recommend
Was getting my kitchen renovated so it was a few months before the cooktop went in place. The cooktop was missing the knobs. Because it's past 30 days the company (Cosmo) wants $85 for the four missing knobs which is completly unreasonable. The cooktop itself is fine and just the size that I needed but I would not recommend the company just due to the customer service issues.

Love my Cosmo Cooktop
I purchased this cooktop to replace an old cooktop that was no longer working. I looked online and did some research. I was thrilled by the sleek look of the cooktop and the flat surface with no knobs was a real selling point for me! After an easy installation I used the cooktop to make an omelette. Wow did it heat up fast. How about the price point? Amazingly reasonable price for the quality.
