We installed this shower in late 2020 and now three years later we are having to disassemble the shower due to the plumbers incompetence to rework the drain line. I called Dreamline because during the disassembly I bent one of the F brackets that secured to the wall and I needed to reorder that one piece. The customer service rep found the record of my order through Lowes and is sending me out a new bracket for only the cost of shipping which is $20. I am very appreciative of this help during th...

Would Recommend

We have had this shower for 10 months. We had it professionally installed. It did leak some but once we pinpointed where it was leaking our contractor fixed it. It looks beautiful in the bath and works great.

Looks great and works well. I don't like that the drain is not centered and that's where the water seems to pool. Otherwise works great and is water tight once siliconed inside AND out.

Doesn’t drain

Would Not Recommend

Garbage. Has a belly in it so it will not drain completely installed by a professional. I’d f you take a straight edge from drain to corner you can see why it doesn’t drain. We have it completely installed with walls and doors. Now what???
