I ordered this on line for pick up at store, along with several other items. Got home and found box to be damaged. Most items in the box were OK, but it was missing some critical parts. Cannot take it back to store, have to call company for them to " fix" the problem. Not happy.

Too many headaches

Not sure who to blame but this shopping experience has only cost me headaches. I ordered the unit and 3 shelves to install with it. Lowe’s delivered me 1 shelf and a box of shaker cabinets. Not durable

I just purchased this and used a lot of care and patience putting it together knowing particle board isn't the sturdiest. However, it still chipped in many spots and arrived chipped in a few spots too. It's just not durable and I don't think it's worth the money as I don't see it holding up very well long term.

Great for small alcoves!

I was going to organize my cleaning-supply closet when I chose this product, but realized during the middle of assembly that it would fit much better in an alcove in my guest room. It was an excellent decision! I was worried at first when we put the shelves together, as they seemed quite unsteady, but after attaching the rods and securing the whole thing in the alcove, it all just came together beautifully. Great, solid closet organization unit!!!

The shelving unit was well made, easy to assemble and all parts were in the package. easy to customize the way my wife wanted it in her closet. Also bought a couple of the drawer units to put in the tower. The drawers went together easily and are solid when assembled. All instructions were well written and easy to follow. Would buy these again. Would highly recommend!
