Sadly, our tower system arrived at our house in a damaged box, with the corner ripped open. Part of the system was damaged also. We decided to keep it rather than go through the inconvenience of returning it to the store. The organizer is nice though (minus the damage) and works well for what we needed. For an item like this, picking it up at the store might be a better option.

I purchase this kit online. I didn’t open the box right away thinking it was a brand new item because I was going to work on my closet a month later. I found out the closet kit Lowe’s gave me it was a returned item someone else tried assembling and struggle to assemble it, and did some minor damages to the melamine. Too many headaches

Not sure who to blame but this shopping experience has only cost me headaches. I ordered the unit and 3 shelves to install with it. Lowe’s delivered me 1 shelf and a box of shaker cabinets. For starters, I did not even receive what I paid for. I cannot do anything without the actual unit. Secondly, I did not even order shaker cabinet doors. Great products easy to install

Easy to install (according to my handyman lol), took maybe two hours. Shelving is so convenient and love the rails that the hangers don’t stick on, that is always a huge annoyance of mine!

Beware of online purchase!

I ordered this on line for pick up at store, along with several other items. Got home and found box to be damaged. Most items in the box were OK, but it was missing some critical parts. Cannot take it back to store, have to call company for them to " fix" the problem. Not happy.

Great for small alcoves!

I was going to organize my cleaning-supply closet when I chose this product, but realized during the middle of assembly that it would fit much better in an alcove in my guest room. It was an excellent decision! I was worried at first when we put the shelves together, as they seemed quite unsteady, but after attaching the rods and securing the whole thing in the alcove, it all just came together beautifully.
