I never received the grill or a refund

I bought this at the store and requested delivery, since I have a small car. I scheduled the delivery but my contractor was going to be the over 18yo present. He drove the 5 minutes as soon as I got the text, but when he got there, there was a note on the door. We don't believe they stayed 15 minutes, we think because I didn't answer when they called, they just left. But whatever, I rescheduled for a day I would be home. Great grill!

I got this grill to replace a large Royal Gourmet grill that I only had for about 3 years. Despite taking great care of it, it began rusting right away and got to the point of not being able to use or repair it. I did a lot of research for my replacement and settled on this one and boy am I glad I did! Great non-stick grill, excellent heat disbursement, easy to use. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Worst grill I have ever owned

Do better Charbroil, this grill is absolutely garbage. The burner blow out in the smallest amount of wind, it does not heat properly or evenly, it is not all Stainless Steel as advertised, cheaply made and cheaply designed. Overall I would not recommended this grill to anyone.

Solid performance and great quality

Easy to put together and a solid build and looks great. The power of the grill and balance of control is great! The temperature zones have been great and the overall power of the five burners allows me to even boil tings outside without using the side burner.

Best Value Line

It’s a cheap version of a nice brand, but blows all the value competitors away. Namely, it rips heat, has a great heavy iron grill surface and is mobile. Not a lot of bells and whistles, install (build) takes 30 mins to 2 hours depending on you. But phenom value, great entry grill for someone who wants to keep it a few years and grill larger scale

Sleek looking and great quality for the price.

This is the second CharBroil grill that I’ve owned. My first one is still being enjoyed at my camp, and the new one is at home which is used almost daily. I love to grill! Five burners is the way to go if you like to cook with both direct and indirect grilling. The side burner is a must for the peppers and onions that top the sausage. Easy to swap LP tanks, and the drip trays are easy to slide out and clean. Highly recommend.

Simple, no frills grilling

We wanted a simple grill setup to replace our old grill. This is perfect. Easy setup, the cast iron grates are lovely and the removable bottom for cleaning was an unexpected plus. We've used it several times now and I am extremely happy with the evenness in cooking.

Great new features from previous models.

It's an upgrade from my last model that I've had for 7 years. For an inexpensive grill, it's a bargain. I love the whole setup, from the sear burner to the utensil holders. Just an all around great grill.

I love this grill!

This is an excellent grill. I got it at a great price and Lowe’s put it together for me completely free of charge. That in itself is worth it! The grill looks amazing and I just can’t wait to start cooking on it!!!
