I received the unit assembled. I hooked up a full gas tank. But when I ignited the burners all I got was a very low flam. Turning the control knobs did not make any real difference. I left the unit warming for 15 minutes and the temperature never got above 200F.

I like Charbroil products. This is my second grill after the previous one lasted 11 years outdoors with a cover (grill components still work, but the frame rusted out). Heats up quickly with a max temp around 650°. Cast iron grates over ceramic all day. I also like the searing burner. It's a nice touch over the standard burner covers. The assembly instructions used pictures only, no text descriptions. The parts were not labeled and that made it difficult to assemble. The grill works great.

Where are all the needed parts??
There were several important parts and knobs missing from the box. 2 of us went through each piece of packing material and double checked the material list in the directions and they just were not there. My husband took the list back to the store and a very nice associate helped him get the needed items to finish putting it together. This was a sealed box with no holes so this is how it came from the supplier. Once together it did a very nice job and we're happy with our choice.

The grill will bring happiness to our family for our outdoor cooking delights. My first grill came unasembled after requesting that i needed my grill to be assembled. I called customer service and they were able to send me an assembled grill the next day. It was even delivered by 2 fantastic men in their own vehicle who work as Lowes 3rd party shippers out of DeFuniak Springs. Great customer service. The grill came in time for our family Christmas gathering.
