I called numerous times asking when it would be ready to be picked up and I was just told sometime today. I bought this grill and had it delivered. When I went to use it it was all rusted inside. Went to store and showed them pictures they arranged for a new one to be brought and old one picked up. The grill is fine, Lowes, not so much

I really try to keep reviews to only the product, but this is an exception. The grill seems fine. I haven't gotten to use it because it was delivered dirty and rusted. I have to remove the rust from the grates before using it. And I have to find replacement screws as there were screws missing. I ordered the grill online for delivery, which was 75 bucks. Delivery logistics are very poor.

I'm very happy with the product. Just as advertised and a great price. The delivery process was unacceptable (not the drivers fault). We were given an 8 hour window until the night before when we were got a 4 hour window. So, I have to clear my day just to have a grill delivered? Then if that's not bad enough, I received a call that it would be delivered in 10 minutes - outside of the delivery window! Also, Lowe's doesn't offer haul away service for a grill, so I had to give the driver $50 ...

Pass , move on , spend more money ............

You get what you pay for ..........Its NO WEBER ! Thin metal , almost disposable . If it lasts two years I would be happy , VERY uneven burners and I can tell they wot last very long here in Florida . If you want a "disposable" grill this would be the choice !

Grill is great, Lowes is horrible

The grill itself is 4 stars; not 5 stars because the metal is so thin I can't imagine this lastly very long. Right now, it looks great and works fine. Lowe's gets 0 stars. Customer Service

Customer Service was really my only issue. Originally the grill was to be delivered between 8am and 1pm on Thursday. I started calling around 5pm when it was not there. After numerous run arounds i was finally informed there was a problem with the grill and delivery would be pushed back. No one could tell me when it would be delivered. Good BBQ for the Price

I purchased this grill for my father for Father’s Day. It’s been used a couple of times already and it seems to cook everything very well. I do feel the flames are a little close to the grates. So I would not put it on high unless you’re standing right there watching it cook. However, if you’re in and out of the house with something cooking, put it on low or low medium. Heated quickly

The brackets that hold the grease container had to be modified so that the container did not fall out of the brackets. The plastic piece was to wide to fight into the rear leg and the leg had a short metal bar inside that waoud have prevented the plastic to gone inside enen if the piece was the right size. I have always used a Weber charcoal grill so I was surprised that they was no real information are how many of the four burners or what temperatures they should be set at to cook the food.

Basic LP Gas Grill at a Good Price

We bought this basic no-frills Charbroil LP Gas Grill because it had the right features at the right price. Our old gas grill was over 5 years old and was starting to fall apart. I'm sure it didn't help that we stored it outside the whole time (although we did use a cover); the winter seasons here in the Puget Sound region are very wet. This new one should last at least as long and for about half the price. We're thinking about making room in the shed for it so maybe it will last even longer...
