Safety concern
I have only used this griddle a couple of times over the last year and keep it covered when not in use. The burners are like new. Yesterday, I was in the process of warming it up to prepare for cooking. I noticed smoke coming from the front panel area so I turned off all the burners. Easy Like Sunday Morning Breakfast!
First off.... the assembly was EASY! It says to use two people and it probably could've been easier if I had. Once I got the items out of the box, it only took 25-30 minutes to do it by myself! Hardest part (which is where I see 2 people is needed) is getting the shelf in-between the legs. After I did that, it was smoooth sailing. Broken right out of the box
I was so excited when I brought this home on Saturday. Assembled it right away and then came the bad news! I couldn't use it! The back panel is bent so far out of shape that it causes the two middle burner tube and the two middle valves to not line up and when I went to start it for the first time it caused two torches at the front of the griddle. Great Replacement for a Ling-Time Grill Owner
I have had charcoal and/or gas grills for most of the past 40 years. A friend had a chargriller griddle that he used for a summer cookout. I was drawn to its versatility and decided I wanted that same versatility. I purchased the four burner griddle and have loved it. I am able to use it for fajitas, omelettes, bacon and other foods I couldn’t do easily on my old grills, as well as still being able to grill steaks, burgers, hotdogs and brats. Very happy with my griddle!!

Deer/Duck Camp Necessity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing cooks for 20 just fine whether it be breakfast burritos or searing ribeyes off the smoker! It heats up quick and is even hearing. Great Addition to any outdoor kitchen!

I’ve had this for almost two years. I have found it to be unreliable at best. In this model’s defense… it seems other, comparably priced models from other makers do the same. Issues? First of all, it’s not stainless steel, it’s a form of cast iron I believe. Not very smooth, easy to scratch, rusts easily. If you are used to a real stainless griddle, this will feel rough in comparison. But just as with cast iron, properly oiling and seasoning the griddle goes a long way with this. Biggest issue...
