It took a female or two a few hours to put together but once it was done…it fired right up! I just cooked my first set of steaks on it tonight. Warmed to temp quickly (runs very hot) and seared my steaks perfectly. I’m very happy with my first impressions of this grill and I hope to get years and years of use out of it. It’s very well made!

While I haven't started using my new Dual Function grill just yet because there's still snow on my patio, this is actually the second Dual Function 2-Burner Gas & Charcoal Grill that I've owned. My first one was left behind when I moved so I had to replace it with the same model. I love being able to have both a charcoal grill for low and slow pulled pork and ribs AND the convenience of a gas grill for when I just want to grill burgers and hot dogs. For the most part I use the wood/charcoal side because i prefer the flavor of meat cooked over wood, but when my wife asks me to cook up some quick hamburgers or hotdogs/sausages the propane side allows me to get dinner on the table quickly with the flavor benefits of grilling.
