Char-Grill Does Not Honor Warranty

I purchased the blue acorn grill for a Christmas gift. We used it 3 times. We keep it in the garage and covered between uses. We use minimal briquets because the grill part works great. What sucks is the paint job. I read the reviews that said their grills were delivered damaged and Char-Grill would not honor so I had the grill delivered to Lowe's and inspected before taking home. Great grill!

Love this grill. Have faith in the assembly instructions, it does all fit. Don't tighten any of the legs until you've finished attaching the base and the wheels(it clearly says that in the instructions). At first you will think something is wrong and doesn't it, but as you put it all together and wiggle the legs, it's all fits! really easy to put together for most people. Grill works fine. Add fire, and your cooking.

Garbage service by Char-Griller

Delivered to my local store and picked up no problem. Went to assemble it that weekend and it had damaged parts that seemed like it would be an easy fix under warranty. Two months later and Char-Griller still hasn't even attempted to ship me replacement parts. Will never purchase anything from Char-Griller again.

Maybe The Best Grill For The Money

Built like a tank. Will do almost anything that the expensive kamados do without all the frills. This could be the best value available in grills. You can’t find anything better in this price range. If I had to have only one grill this would be it. I’m running my Akorn with a Fireboard 2 Pro. This gives me extreme temp control and makes for a very efficient cook. Grill, smoke, or bake. It does it all.

Not assembled properly

Lowes failed. To include the temperature gage and bezel when assembling this grill and now it has been a chore to get a replacement. I fault lowes but charbroil also is very hard to communicate with this simple request.

Best charcoal grill I've ever owned!!

Just purchased my 2nd one. Had my first one for almost 4 years and cooked on it over 1000 times. You can cook a steak @ 700 degrees or ribs @ 200. Perfect every time. I use only lump charcoal and never use lighter fluid. Be sure to buy the smoking stone for slow cooking. This grill is almost as good as an Egg but @ 1/4 the cost.

The grill worked out well. There was a chip out of the porcelain and it was just a little complicated to put together. Definitely an upgrade from our old standard charcoal grill. Looking forward to a slow cooked tri-tip.

Amazing Kamado Grill

I researched Kamado grills for my husband for months! The overwhelming majority of reviews recommended this grill and those reviews were so right! The cooking space on this grill is HUGE, more than enough for a family of 5 and perfect for hosting cookouts! The grill seems very durable and the food has tasted DELICIOUS! Get this Kamado grill, the end!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH LOEWS ACCOUNTING DEPT?

I never picked up this BBQ! As proof, I’m still using a $30 BBQ from the Wal-Mart market on Beach near PCH!
