I have this grill in the 6 burner version. It is 4 years old. It has blown over in the wind and is dented. It looks nice but the design is not good. The open back makes it easy to blow over in the wind. The burners are all rusted through. I have called the company seven times to get replacement parts. I sent pictures and the receipt. Let's start out with that it is very affordable. I picked this up for $199 and got the additional percentage points off for using the Lowe's card. Here's the reality: if you can't put together and grill a good meal with this, it's not the grill, it's YOU. You don't actually need a $3k grill. Cover is pitted in under 18 months

I’ve previously owned this model over the years. This is in a fully covered area. On delivery I noted small areas of pitting and the unit was replaced for a different one. Starting just under a year, I noticed a few spots and now there are dozens of pitted corroded spots on the top. Also, the mechanism to hold your propane tank changed from the prior model. Choices

It is the right size for a house hold of four. I have owned a Char Broil previously and I hoped this "new" yet older model would be as good. Time will tell. Getting out of Lowe's was a shore it self. I would had rather assemble it myself (it would had fit on my SUV), but I was told they had none boxed. Horrible and “baiting” service / business practice

I like the product fine. The service was ridiculously stupid!!! I tried to buy a bbq grill online. I have 3 Lowes stores within 25 miles of home. So naturally I pick the closest; but they only showed two left; the next store showed three; and the furthest away store showed eight. Great BBQ grill

This grill is much better than the knock-offs on the market The fake ones don't last I'm very happy with this product and I would recommend it to others.

WARNING WARNING WARNING

I ordered this BBQ from my local Lowes store but it shipped from a TX location, to a second TX location to a third TX store then to an Oklhoma store and finally to a location in CA then on to me. After I assembled the BBQ, it did not work correctly. The ignition did not light the flames. I went into the local Lowes and they told me that "happens all the time" and wanted to switch one out from a display BBQ. But all the switches on the display BBQs were already gone. Lasted 2 summers and is already falling apart. Screws keep coming loose, wheels are bent, whole grill leans sideways now. It has always been stored in the garage and cleaned after grilling season. It only has three stars because it does cook well. But that won't matter if the grill doesn't stay together.

Do. Not. Buy.!!!!

First of all, its so poorly and cheaply made its like a little tikes my first grill. Secondly, I advise you to put this thing off your deck, patio ect and away from your house. Any spec of fat, oil, ect thay falls off your food will turn this grill into a bonfire. I have tried using tin foil, tried cleaning in between every meal,.NOTHING works. HUGE mistake buying this grill

Bought this on the strength of my last Char-Broil grill - lasted 17 years with only minor maintenance. Boy, was I wrong: This is a basic 'hot dogs and burgers' grill, nothing more. Forget barbecued chicken, steaks - anything that will drip juice or fat - you'll have an inferno on your hands and your food will be destroyed... exactly what just happened to me.
