Good Griddle
The griddle works well but could use a little more heat, was difficult to season because it would not burn off the oil. It cooks well. The side folding tables are nice but don't lock in very well, too tight and won't sit flush. The metal seems a little thin for the framework. Overall, it works well and for the discounted price I paid, it was well worth it.

More Fire Power
I bought this for my Husband (Christmas) it went together very easy!! One side gets stuck, but we'll deal with that. The only thing I wish is, that it had more fire power it takes a while to get hot because the flame does not get high and we have it turned up all the way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't get hot enough
I bought a unit near the end of last Summer and am trying it this year. It doesn't seem to get hot enough to actually cook and sear food. I've tried purging the burners, shaking the Propane and various other suggested fixes. I could still probably lay my hand on it at the highest setting...

Doesn't get hot enough
Took 60 minutes to get to 426 degrees Fahrenheit. Called customer service spent 1.5 hours troubleshooting to no avail. Customer service was supposed to send instructions on a return, never happened. Will not buy another product from char broil.

Works Well
I got a pretty good price on this griddle - it got hot enough for me, no issues. We made breakfast, smash burgers, and tried to do some hibachi on it. my kids loved it.

Great griddle with a big surface Area and side tables. Make sure to follow The instructions for seasoning the griddle top. It is great for cooking Breakfast for many people.

Excelent buen material No se conectar al gas grand
Realmente la amamos. Es excelente buen material. Lo unico que aun nos da lucha es no saber como conectarlo al gas grande solo lo usamos con el pequeño y este no dura mucho. Pero de resto es buenísima. No se pega ninguna comida.
